Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join our collaborative finance team. This position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact through hands-on financial management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with accurate financial data and insights.
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with both internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Analyze operating results, expenses, and margins to provide management with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen internal control processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment between financial and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
