Senior Recruiter Responsibilities: 

  • Foster enduring relationships with clients, gaining insight into their staffing needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Employ diverse sourcing strategies, ranging from job boards to networking events, to identify and engage top-tier talent
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications and cultural alignment with client organizations
  • Consistently meet or surpass key activity and performance metrics 
  • Present candidates effectively to clients, skillfully negotiate offers and successfully close placements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Collaborate closely with peers and the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth

Senior Recruiter Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in either agency or corporate environments
  • Possess a client-centric sales mindset, coupled with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities 
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and placement goals
  • High energy levels and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using various ATS/CRM systems and other recruitment tools
  • Self-motivated, competitive and driven to achieve both personal and team objectives
  • Enthusiasm for working in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays
  • First year target OTE = $90,000
