We're seeking dynamic professionals with staffing industry experience to join our sales team in Dallas as Business Development Managers. As we expand our local and national presence, your role will be pivotal in driving growth and success. 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate a network of clients through targeted prospecting and research
  • Create and implement strategic plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Tailor solutions to meet the unique IT staffing and recruiting needs of clients  
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful execution on searches and timely, high-quality delivery to clients 
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring effective communication
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including making a minimum of 60 calls daily and meeting 8+ prospects each week, to continually propel revenue and personal growth 

Business Development Manager Requirements: 
  • Entrepreneurial/winning mindset is required! 
  • 2+ years of sales/business development experience in IT/tech staffing or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Onsite (flexible) work environment
  • First-year target OTE = $100,000
