We are currently seeking an Account Executive! This role offers the opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact on businesses and individuals alike. We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and driving revenue growth for the company. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

Account Executive Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and target prospective clients through research, networking and outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations and other materials to support sales efforts
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication throughout
  • Consistently surpass sales targets and performance metrics, such as making 60 or more calls daily, to continually propel revenue growth

Account Executive Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in a heavy call-based environment or in an industry where you are selling a service
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Capable of working onsite in downtown Chicago Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to opt for remote work on Fridays
  • First-year OTE = $100K
