Senior Oracle Developer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development staff on application interface design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Coordinate system installation, configuration and monitoring for 247365 feedback on system health
- Design and develop custom software/production technology to meet business requirements
- Implement solutions using third-party hardware and software
- Document solutions and provide training to personnel
- Design, develop and maintain Oracle database stored code and objects
- Optimize database performance through query fine-tuning and indexing strategies
- Develop complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, triggers and packages
- Create and maintain database scripts, including stored procedures and views
- Conduct unit testing and debugging of PL/SQL code
- Handle XML and JSON structures within Oracle database applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Interface with communication gateways to share metadata between enterprise IT applications
Senior Oracle Developer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite design and development
- Proficiency in Oracle database architecture, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming and performance tuning, with experience in Oracle database versions 19c, 12c, 11i
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle E-business, particularly financial applications
- Proven ability to create efficient, maintainable and optimized PL/SQL stored code
- Strong documentation skills
- Team player with attention to detail
