LaSalle Network is in search of an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our client's dynamic team! If you're passionate about human resources and eager to drive organizational success, we'd love to hear from you!

As the Senior HR Generalist you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5 years of HR experience looking to expand their skill set and grow into a leadership position! 

Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities: 

  • Support employee relations, including benefits administration, performance improvement and onboarding
  • Manage HR programs and policies, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and company standards
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion programs
  • Perform HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS data
  • Oversee office administration, coordinate office events

Senior HR Generalist Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
