LaSalle Network is partnering with an established, customer-focused organization that serves homeowners nationwide to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This is a highly visible role where you'll help create an exceptional candidate experience by keeping interviews organized, schedules on track, and the hiring process moving seamlessly.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including panel interviews when needed.

Manage scheduling logistics across phone, video, and onsite interviews while quickly resolving calendar conflicts.

Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Support recruiting operations, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, and interview follow-ups.

Maintain accurate candidate information and interview updates in Paycor.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or a similar coordination role.

Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Paycor experience is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree

Location: Hybrid – Naperville, IL (1–2 days onsite per week)

Pay: $20–$25/hour (W2)

Duration: 4–6 month contract with potential for extension
