LaSalle Network is partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the EV and clean energy industry that is expanding its U.S. manufacturing operations and looking to add a Senior Technical Recruiter to its team.
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions

Recruit for a mix of high-volume production roles and specialized technical positions
-
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies
-
Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
-
Manage 10–20 open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications:

Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, renewable energy, EV, or battery recruiting experience required

Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed
