The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with various business units across the organization to design, maintain and support the Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for self-starters that can define and help enforce best practices and offer creative solutions to expanding use of the platform.



Salesforce Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce Sales, Marketing and Service clouds technical service delivery; execute daily configuration, secondary level support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities and approach including monitoring, tuning, caching, reports and dashboards, workflows and other system integrations or data feeds supporting other important business processes
  • Support offshore support team with escalated or critical incident resolution
  • Work to establish processes to support administrative, development and change management activities
  • Assist product team with scoping, delivery approach and requirements gathering
  • Partner with solution architects to design and implement integrated systems solutions to technical and business problems
  • Model, recommend and present creative solutions while collaborating with and guiding other IT employees
  • Oversee efforts across the full systems development lifecycle including development of technical and system security specifications, configuration of applications and development, testing and implementation of computer programs

Salesforce Administrator Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required in computer science, information technology or other relevant degree with a high-level understanding of supply chain business processes
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Experience with Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Expertise in design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud processes and technical solutions
  • Experience building custom applications using declarative functionality (Formula Fields, Flows, List Views, Dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience designing and implementing new processes that facilitate user adoption
  • Understand and explain complex requirements
  • Data management abilities including design of integrations with other business systems and external technology vendors and suppliers
  • Experience with delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the architecture and design
  • Previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred
  • Experience working with systems integrators, external vendors, and IT outsourcers
  • Desire to mentor less experienced team members and develop their skills
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified required
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification preferred
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications
