LaSalle Network has partnered with an international manufacturing company based in Chicago that is looking for a Network Project Coordinator to join the team. This individual is going to be leading activities and eventually managing people, along with technical processes. This is a cross-functional role and will require familiarity with Cisco networking products or protocols. This role is on-site and requires the ability to be in North Cove, NC.

Network Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the delivery of IT services at the site meets quality, reliability and cost expectations
  • Leading Margin Improvement Projects
  • Monitoring and resolving site incident and request tickets within SLAs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensuring availability, patching, backup and support for critical site applications
  • Promoting the adoption of enterprise digital technologies and solutions
  • Creating and managing a roadmap for site reliability improvements, coordinating upgrades and projects with site downtime schedules
  • Collaborating with IT support partners, on-site support, remote desktop support and other teams to meet IT site reliability targets
  • Developing and maintaining site reliability targets aligned with the site’s business needs
  • Enhancing site digital literacy, change management and IT updates to support enterprise initiatives

Network Project Coordinator Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing IT operations, with a background in leading IT programs or projects within a site
  • Experience in IT software or hardware implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and levels to achieve IT objectives at the site level
  • Comfort working in a multicultural and global environment
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and taking initiative
  • Strong focus on providing training and knowledge sharing opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related field preferred or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of Industry 4.0 and connected devices in the manufacturing space
