This cutting-edge company manufactures tools for calibration. They are looking for a driven individual that enjoys working in a team environment!

Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact in RFQ process 
  • Manage customer expectations in RFQ process: Confirmation, Vendor Sourcing, Quote Execution and Order Receipt 
  • Manage / track orders and customer deliveries 
  • Call and check on status 
  • Transition and inform customers on eCommerce portal 
  • Collaborate with Outside Rep to pursue potential customers  
  • Supporting the sales representatives on big projects 
  • Handling 20-50 requests a day around quotes 
  • Follow up with existing customers and clients  

Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MS Office experience, CRM experience
  • 2+ years of quoting/ call center/ lead experience
