HR Generalist Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure seamless new hire orientations, fostering a positive and welcoming introduction to their organization 

  • Manage FMLA, Worker's Compensation, unemployment, and other benefits processes, providing essential support to their valued employees 

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints or misconduct, ensuring fair and transparent resolution processes 

  • Oversee the HRIS system, maintaining data integrity and generating insightful reports to support strategic decision-making 

  • Support the company's mission, vision, and values daily, contributing to the creation of strategic goals that align with their core principles 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, creating a positive and collaborative workplace environment 

  • Assist in performance management, training and development initiatives, and contribute to the design of competitive compensation structures 

  • Provide essential support in compliance with employment laws, ensuring their practices align with regulatory requirements 

 

HR Generalist Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of human resources generalist experience, showcasing your expertise in various HR functions 

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the organizational environment and stay current with industry trends 

  • Dealing with sensitive information with the highest standards of ethical conduct. Trustworthiness and confidentiality are non-negotiable 

  • Navigate employee relations, conflict resolution, and team dynamics with finesse 

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is essential for success in this role
