LaSalle Network has partnered with an industry leader in the transportation space in the Northern Suburbs who is looking for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join their growing corporate team! Headquartered in Evanston, this global organization is focused on supporting not only its external customers, but also its internal ones. The Human Resources Generalist will support this effort and different HR teams with both administrative in nature and true generalist tasks.
Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the ideal Human Resources Generalist candidate would be very positive, driving and willing to learn!
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:

Support the company’s mission, vision, and values in daily activities
-
Support the efforts of various departments including training, recruiting, benefits, payroll, etc.

Process international and domestic relocation and immigration requests and assist with the expatriate program
-
Assist with different aspects of the new hire process, training, employee engagement events, payroll, etc.

Update the HRIS system and personnel files; other administrative duties as assigned
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required
-
Two to five years of human resources generalist experience
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; superb customer service skills

Above average Microsoft word and excel (pivot tables a plus!)
