LaSalle Network is partnering with a manufacturing organization, and we are currently searching for an HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In collaboration with the Human Resource Manager, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating employee skills and elevating the efficiency of business operations within the Manufacturing Industry. 

  
While collaborating with the Human Resource Manager, you'll lead the charge in fostering employee growth and boosting the overall performance of business operations within the Manufacturing Function. Take the lead in driving the facilitation and implementation of cutting-edge HR strategies and client-specific initiatives designed to attract, retain, and develop top talent. 
  
HR Coordinator Responsibilities: 
 

  • Conduct thorough New Hire Orientation, ensuring comprehensive onboarding and accurate paperwork processing 

  • Provide guidance on development tools, methods, and track progress for employee development, High-Potential programs, succession planning, and promotions 

  • Assist HR Manager in implementing effective retention strategies, including recognition, surveys, and performance management 

  • Drive improvements in communication and morale through alternative suggestions, focus group sessions, and feedback analysis 

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records, maintaining compliance with legal requirements and company policies 

  • Communicate HR and company policies to employees, providing superior administrative support, and assisting with various tasks and projects as needed 

HR Coordinator Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or related field (preferred) 

  • 2+ years of HR or office experience, preferably in manufacturing 

  • Proven ability to implement development and training programs in large corporate settings 

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, equal employment guidelines, and HR principles 

  • Familiarity with staffing administration, recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, and training 

  • Understanding of HR practices, including FMLA, ADA, worker’s compensation, safety administration, benefits, and employee relations 

  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information ethically
