We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Associate for a temporary position with a leading non-for-profit organization located right in River North. If you have ADP Vantage, along with a solid grasp of recruitment management, we want to hear from you.
Recruitment Associate Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preliminary candidate screenings, assessments, and coordinate interview processes

Collaborate closely with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

Manage logistical aspects such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate travel arrangements

Actively participate in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives

Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to enhance overall recruitment efficiency
Recruitment Associate Requirements:

Proficiency in ADP Vantage- Recruitment Management

Intermediate-level experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

Proven track record in screening, assessing, and managing candidate pipelines

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data effectively
