What’s the job?
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end users during a large-scale migration
- Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues within Microsoft O365 applications
- Support email and Exchange issues, including Outlook and mobile configurations
- Assist with general “how-to” questions related to Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Provide Intune enrollment support and device-related troubleshooting
- Handle VPN connectivity issues
- Deliver white-glove support to VIP users
What’s needed?
- Experience supporting Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including VPN support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work any assigned shift during the project timeline
