Our client, a leading player in the logistics space, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global HR Operations Manager. This pivotal role will oversee their global HR operations, including HR IT and Data Analytics/Reporting. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated team and spearhead the implementation of new HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security and reliability across their organization.

This is a brand-new position and an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization in the logistics sector. The Global HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing their HR operations on a global scale, contributing to their overall success and growth.

Global HR Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage two direct reports (1 Coordinator and 1 Specialist), with an open headcount for 2024 to add an additional Coordinator. The Global HR Operations Manager will be responsible for hiring this new team member
  • Oversee initiatives related to HR operations, HR IT and Data Analytics/Reporting on a global scale
  • Lead the implementation of new HR systems and manage vendor relations for related systems and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, security and reliability, serving as the primary point of contact for any user questions or inquiries related to HR data and systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency and effectiveness

Global HR Operations Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS Administration and Data Analytics/Reporting. Candidates must possess expertise in all three areas
  • Must come from a company with at least 1,000 employees, preferably within an hourly-heavy industry such as logistics, manufacturing or distribution
  • 1+ year of experience in managing people
  • Ideally experienced with systems related to the HR data life cycle (e.g., iCIMS). Proven experience with system implementations is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, with a competency level of 7/10
  • Must be sharp, detailed and highly organized
