Our client, a dynamic organization in the Healthcare space, is committed to providing exceptional employee benefits and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in managing Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting and compliance.

As a Benefits Analyst (ACA Reporting Specialist), you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ACA reporting and compliance. This role requires a deep understanding of ACA regulations, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of ACA reporting, including data collection, analysis and submission to regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with ACA regulations by staying abreast of updates and changes to reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance and IT, to gather necessary data for reporting purposes
  • Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness for ACA reporting
  • Prepare and distribute employee communications regarding ACA compliance and reporting requirements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on ACA regulations and reporting processes, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to employee benefits and ACA compliance

Benefits Analyst Requirments:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on ACA reporting and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of ACA regulations and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification preferred
