Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities: 
  • Reach out to existing clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues 
  • Track and follow-up on a high volume of open issues in order to maintain a high quality of customer experience 
  • Provide impeccable client and customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions 
  • Communicate internally, escalating client requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution 

Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • At least 6 months of customer service or office support experience, either in a retail, school or corporate setting 
  • Ability to think outside the box to problem solve for customers  
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly goals and metrics
