Customer Care Associate Responsibilities
- Review all orders assigned for correct configuration, prices, ship dates and inventory availability
- Must process accurate orders same-day/next day in place in ERP system
- Continuously manage and maintain own Territory order log updated (maintaining order data), and keep internal and external customers informed with current order status
- Comprehend and adhere to order process corporate authorization guidelines
- Partner with Service team to ensure service work orders are triggered with required and updated information
- Provide PODs when requested
Customer Care Associate Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Personable with good relationship-building skills
- Ability to calculate and work with figures and amounts such as distances, times and dates
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Working knowledge of order management systems such as SAP is a plus
- Working knowledge of customer management systems such as Salesforce is a plus
