Ultrasound Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on patients
- Prepare patients for ultrasound exams
- Obtain and maintain patient history and medical records
- Troubleshoot ultrasound equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Document patient care in accordance with established guidelines
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Ultrasound Technician Requirements:
- ARDMS certification in a relevant specialty
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical ultrasound setting withing OB/GYN specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
