LaSalle is teaming up with a leading food manufacturing company to find their next Contract Bilingual Recruiter. They are growing rapidly and looking or a strong full cycle recruiter to join their team. This position involves working five days a week onsite in the north west suburbs which would give you direct access to leadership across the organization.
Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for hourly roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate sourcing
- Conduct both face-to-face and phone interviews for various hourly positions, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and thorough evaluation techniques
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, providing a seamless and engaging recruitment experience
Bilingual Recruiter Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a preference for expertise in high-volume hourly roles
- Showcase the ability to conduct comprehensive interviews, both in-person and over the phone, demonstrating a keen eye for assessing candidate suitability
- Exhibit proficiency in handling diverse recruitment challenges, displaying adaptability and effective problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
