LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading supply chain partner in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. They are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. With exposure to senior leadership and special projects, this position has the opportunity to make an immediate impact. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, analytical, organized and a strong teammate.
Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyze benefit plans, recommend improvements and monitor costs

Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness

Ensure compliance with regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)

Implement and administer benefit programs
-
Analyze data, generate reports and provide insights
-
Educate employees and address inquiries
-
Manage vendor relationships and contracts
Benefits Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
-
4+ years of experience in benefits or similar role
-
Knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans and voluntary benefits
-
Familiarity with benefit compliance requirements
-
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
-
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
-
Problem-solving and confidentiality skills
