Job Description

LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading supply chain partner in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. They are looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-growing team. With exposure to senior leadership and special projects, this position has the opportunity to make an immediate impact. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, analytical, organized and a strong teammate. 
 
Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Analyze benefit plans, recommend improvements and monitor costs

  • Conduct market research to ensure competitiveness

  • Ensure compliance with regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)

  • Implement and administer benefit programs

  • Analyze data, generate reports and provide insights

  • Educate employees and address inquiries

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts


Benefits Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in benefits or similar role

  • Knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans and voluntary benefits

  • Familiarity with benefit compliance requirements

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Problem-solving and confidentiality skills
