Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Submit answers for medical billing and coding tasks related to patients' accounts
- Recalling information for client accounts
- Handling client emails efficiently and professionally
- Closing accounts accurately and in compliance with company policies
- No phone calls for handling patients' accounts; all communication to be done via email
Client Services Representative Requirements:
- No previous experience needed, our client is looking to hire someone that is eager to learn and expand their career in healthcare
- Proficiency in typing and tech savvy
- High school degree
- Able to work in fast pace environment
