As a Client Account Manager, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance client satisfaction and foster growth. This role serves as the internal client subject matter expert, playing a pivotal role in aligning internal and external communications, managing day-to-day client interactions and supporting various operational functions all while driving revenue and fostering growth across a designated number of key and strategic accounts. 
 
Client Account Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Business development for existing strategic accounts across industry verticals through meetings, networking, events and other sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the BDM as a partner to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth across a dedicated number of existing accounts
  • Target identified opportunities through warm outreach, account mapping and strategy to cross-sell and grow the account overall
  • Maintain existing revenue levels with existing accounts through relationship management, quality control, and client support
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with LaSalle Network’s efforts and mitigate issues to ensure the highest client Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Operate as the daily point-of-contact for all account responsibilities and align internal and external communication 
  • Assist in the creation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and ongoing updates to the Client on an as-needed basis 
  • Standardize internal processes per client account to improve efficiency
  • Perform placement audits to ensure accurate and precise invoicing for the client and produce any reports necessary for the BDM 

Client Account Manager Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Experience in an Account Representative/ Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager role for a high growth, sales-driven organization 
  • Experience in recruiting is a plus 
  • Experience in a sales role is a plus 
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn various applicant tracking systems 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, especially leveraging Sales Navigator tools 
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to continuously reprioritize 
  • Confident in asking questions and pushing back when necessary 
  • Agile and excels in non-structured environments 
  • Adopts a “no task too small” mentality 
  • Clear and concise communication skills 
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Receptive to constructive feedback from internal and external stakeholders
