LaSalle Network is a leading staffing, recruiting and culture firm headquartered in Chicago, IL. We are currently looking for a CFO to lead their financial operations and contribute to their continued success. This position is based in Farmington Hills, MI and is 100% on-site.
As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of the company. You will oversee all accounting and finance operations, manage a team, develop and implement strategic financial plans and serve as the primary liaison with their private equity sponsors. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving their growth and achieving their long-term objectives.
CFO Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax and treasury management

Lead a team of professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure their success

Manage and review current and future banking relationships to secure optimal financial solutions

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with the Company's strategic goals

Serve as the primary liaison with Company’s private equity sponsors, providing regular financial updates and insights

Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and financial reporting standards

Contribute to the development and implementation of risk management strategies
CFO Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Solid Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions

Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax and treasury management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compliance experience is preferred

Experience presenting financials to the Board of Directors
