LaSalle Network is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who loves to refine data into rich reports and actionable insights. As a member of our team – you’ll work directly with and report to the analytics lead and partner with sales, recruiting and back-office stakeholders. We’re a high energy environment where effort and passion will be met with opportunities for growth and ownership.
The right candidate will be someone with business intelligence and data experience. Someone able to translate business into trustworthy reports and dashboards in the day to day – the person will work with our partners to understand the business’ needs and then translate those into data products. The Analytics team is just getting going, so we’re seeking someone who wants to match our growth with theirs. Someone excited about an opportunity to make a mark by defining how we deliver value for the company.
Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Tableau reporting suite

Work with internal stakeholders to understand and define reporting requirements and needs

Use analytical tools like SQL and Tableau to dive deep and answer questions

Present insights, metrics and analytics empowering us to make the right decisions

Be a partner to peers and partners
Business Intelligence Analyst Requirements:
-
Experience building measures, metrics and developing reporting solutions
-
Experience with BI tools, such as Tableau (Preferred), Looker, PowerBI or similar

Experience using SQL to create, transform and access data
-
Experience working with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs

Basic understanding of structuring data for analytics (data modelling).

Basic understanding of statistical concepts

Basic understanding of sales or recruiting processes.

Familiarity with R/Python to perform analytics / data modelling
