A leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art light fixtures in the Chicagoland area is in search of a Bilingual HR Generalist to support their team. This company has helped provide light pieces to underserved community centers in downtown Chicago and surrounding areas.
This person should be comfortable leading employee relations related investigations, be an effective communicator in both English and Spanish, and a team player.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Deal with employee relations related issues
- Oversee the recruitment process
- Administer pay, benefits and LOA
- Facilitate trainings
- Process payroll
- Performance management
- Enforce company policies and practices
- Any related tasks as needed
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 3+ years of experience within the HR field
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Energetic, enthusiastic and driven for personal and company success
