Looking to make your mark in a fast-growing company? We're on the hunt for a Benefits Analyst to join this vibrant team at the bustling downtown Chicago headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience working with ADP Workforce Now. 

 

Benefits Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Fast-growing company with an exciting trajectory

  • Opportunity to work alongside a respected Benefit Manager 

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on ACA, ADA, FMLA, 401(k), and ADP Workforce Now 

  • Handling all benefits-related inquiries with a friendly, helpful attitude 

  • Providing support during open enrollment and effectively managing employee communications 

  • Ensuring compliance with changing ACA regulations and other state/federal guidelines 

  • Processing health and welfare plan enrollments and terminations 

  • Reconciling monthly vendor invoices accurately and efficiently 

  • Creating and generating reports for both the Benefits and Finance departments 

  • Providing HR contacts with assistance when troubleshooting benefits-related issues 

 

Benefits Analyst Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience working with ADP Workforce Now 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 

  • At least 1 year of well-rounded health and welfare benefits administration experience 

  • Strong understanding of ACA and experience implementing reporting systems 

  • Superb customer service skills and the ability to communicate benefits information effectively 

  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel
