Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

Provide continuous services to meet client needs and act as the primary system support for assigned clients

Conduct regular audits and file reviews for accuracy, managing daily, weekly and annual file processing

Resolve participant cases through research and analysis, generate client-specific reports and support ACA processing
-
Perform testing for system releases, review release documentation and execute processes outlined in the Admin Guide

Manage system configuration and testing for client projects and annual enrollment
-
Respond promptly to client inquiries and handle billing tasks, including invoice generation, payment posting, and reconciling receivables
Benefits Analyst Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a working knowledge of MS Office products

Extensive experience with databases, data interpretation and manipulation

Strong problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills for updates and interaction with clients and internal teammates

Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
