Associate Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist in technology projects by translating business requirements into functional specifications, configuring systems and conducting testing
- Support business processes and technical functionality in areas such as Logistics, Inventory/ Material management and Transportation
- Maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery
- Take ownership of production support tasks, including system configuration maintenance, issue troubleshooting and implementing changes to prevent recurrence
Associate Systems Analyst Requirements:
- Must be a self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
- BS Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or BA/BS in Supply Chain with a minor in Information Systems or Computer Science
- Understanding of Supply Chain fundamentals required, internships or 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
