Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking
- Monitor incoming payments across multiple systems (credit card, wire, check)
- Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status
- Process checks and maintains proper documentation
- Maintain data accuracy across systems
- Support process improvements where possible
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or related financial operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle or PeopleSoft
- Experience in higher education or similar environments
- Exposure to multi-system payment processing
- Process improvement experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: ~$30/hour
- Contract role with potential for full-time conversion
