LaSalle Network is partnered with a global media company based in Washington, DC. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team due to growth! This corporation has been recognized as one of the most influential media companies in the world and brings over 25 years of industry experience. 

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be a part of the accounting operations team and will be responsible for managing invoices, contracts, payroll and journal entries in addition to supporting the general accounting functions of the office. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of accounting experience! 

Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities: 

  • Process invoices from vendors 
  • Handle monthly balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Prepare and submit vendor payments for approval 
  • Stay up to date on changes in accounting procedures and regulations 
  • Prepare reports on accounts payable activity 
  • Process payroll for a staff of 100+ employees 
  • Assist with other accounting tasks as needed 

Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements: 
  • At least an internship with accounting experience, specifically accounts payable 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Payroll experience preferred 
  • Blackline software knowledge 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency
