Our client is hiring an Accounts Receivable Agent I to support a fast-paced AR/Collections environment. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, curious, and comfortable working on-site while ramping up in a high-volume setting.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and support an AR portfolio 

  • Maintain consistent customer/account follow-up 

  • Use Excel and technology tools to review AR/aging information and support collection efforts

  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers 

  • Assist with processing customer credit applications 


What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma required

  • 1+ year of Accounts Receivable experience preferred

  • Strong professionalism 

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and accountability

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to learning new tools/ways of working

  • Excel comfort with VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables (no macro-building required, but must be able to review and discuss AR/aging logically)
