LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a top-shelf beverage manufacturing company known for its iconic brands.

In this Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you’ll support hiring across North America in a fast-paced environment, managing full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple functions- primarily sales focused roles. This Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunity is fully remote and offers the chance to partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build diverse pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring).
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, competencies, and fit.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, competency-based interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and provide recommendations to enable timely, data-informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate/requisition data in an ATS (SAP SuccessFactors noted) and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and support continuous process improvement.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects and other strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or manufacturing environment preferred), supporting high-volume hiring.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other online sourcing tools.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
