LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Healthcare Recruiter with a mission-driven nonprofit organization known for a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment supporting frontline and direct-care hiring.
We are partnering with our client to identify a Contract Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting initiatives across multiple programs and regions in Chicago, Illinois. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys helping teams attract and onboard frontline talent. In this role, the Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activity, support compliance-heavy onboarding steps, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions moving.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for frontline and direct-care positions

Review applications and conduct candidate screening interviews

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications throughout the hiring process

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and operational leaders to support hiring goals

Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records

Support onboarding coordination and compliance-related hiring requirements

Monitor candidate pipelines and hiring metrics

Support compliance-heavy hiring processes and documentation
Qualifications
-
2–5+ years of recruiting experience
-
High-volume recruiting experience across clinical and non clinical roles

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology

Healthcare, behavioral health, social services, nonprofit, or staffing industry experience (preferred)
