Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage pipelines for high-volume corporate roles, including classes of 12–15 hires per start group.
- Handle occasional one-off requisitions while managing ongoing high-volume cycles.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- Screen, assess, and move candidates through the hiring pipeline with urgency and accuracy.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.
Contract Recruiter Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Corporate Recruiting Experience, with Sales Recruiting experience.
- Proven success managing fast-paced, high-volume requisition loads.
- Strong communication, organizational, and candidate management skills.
