Our client is seeking a detail-oriented AR Collections Specialist to support their team in Glenwood, IL. This role is a great opportunity to join a high-volume, dynamic environment, initially covering a medical leave with the potential to convert to full-time. The position offers a hybrid work model, providing flexibility and an engaging work setting where independence and teamwork coexist.
Responsibilities

Manage account receivables and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely payments

Use strong email communication skills to correspond effectively with customers and resolve billing issues

Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to reconcile accounts and update payment statuses

Prioritize collections activities and escalate accounts as necessary to ensure resolution

Document collection efforts thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the system
Qualifications

1+ years experience with collections, accounts receivable, or related fields

Strong email communication skills and customer relationship abilities

Entry-level candidates with prior relevant experience are encouraged to apply
