What’s the job?
- Track and update shipment statuses in McLeod TMS
- Maintain consistent phone communication with drivers
- Manage email updates with carriers and customers
- Partner with dispatch and account management to solve delivery issues
- Support high-value freight operations with accuracy and compliance
- Use Excel to log, track and validate shipment data
What’s needed?
- 1+ year of 3PL or freight brokerage experience (required)
- Experience handling high-value freight preferred
- Familiarity with TMS platforms (McLeod a plus)
- Strong communication skills under pressure
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
- Availability: Sun 11AM–8PM, Mon–Thurs 12PM–9PM
