LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading global logistics provider to identify an Operations Coordinator to join their Wood Dale, IL team. This organization delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions across industries including aerospace, healthcare, automotive, and more. They are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support daily operational workflows, data accuracy, and shipment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain operational and shipment data across internal systems
- Manage high-volume email communication and shared inbox requests tied to daily operations
- Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents and resolving discrepancies
- Track and monitor shipment-related updates and ensure timely information flow
- Organize and maintain digital records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Partner with internal teams to support efficient day-to-day logistics operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an office, administrative, data entry, or coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling high-volume work
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in email-based environments
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Access and PowerPoint a plus)
Logistics:
- This is an onsite full-time role that requires availability to work Saturdays, with shifts scheduled within an 8am–5pm window and some flexibility based on business needs.
- $20–$22/hr depending on experience
