The individuals will ensure the seamless operation of executive offices by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, overseeing expenses, and maintaining highly confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO and General Counsel, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Manage daily communications, including screening calls, drafting correspondence, and handling sensitive inquiries
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and maintain detailed itineraries
- Manage travel scheduling associated with corporate aviation and coordinate with aircraft management teams
- Process executive expense reports through Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting Finance and Legal offices, including facilities, security, and office services
- Maintain confidential departmental records, schedules, and documentation
- Supervise front desk operations and receptionist coverage to maintain a professional office environment
- Collaborate with other executive assistants across the organization to ensure consistent executive support and coverage
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly revenue reports and managing budget data.
Experience:
- Associate degree required
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment; experience supporting a CFO or leader in finance strongly preferred
- 2+ years supporting a finance or accounting department
- Experience in accounting, finance, manufacturing, or banking environments preferred
- Experience supporting board meetings or executive-level eventS
- Compensation: $90k-$100k annually
