CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been honored by the Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce as the winner of its “Champion for Young Business Professionals” award. The Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce’s annual recognition awards are designed to honor pioneering practices within Oak Brook’s booming business community.
Companies honored with “The Champion for Young Business Professionals” award are recognized as an organization with superior model leadership and achievements in attracting and retaining talented young professionals.
In 2019, LaSalle Network revamped its training program, which is a combination of classroom instructor-led learning and hands-on job execution with daily coaching. It has been designed to develop the fundamentals of identifying, sourcing and recruiting both contract and direct hire talent across the various business lines. In total, LaSalle Network conducted more than 3,000 training hours in 2019. Beyond the new-hire training, there is continued professional development opportunities, which helped nearly 90 employees receive promotions in 2019, expanding the management team by 25 percent.
