National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Training Program Recognized Among “Top 125” for Fourth Year by Training Magazine
CHICAGO – LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting, and culture firm, has been recognized on Training magazine’s 2020 “Training Top 125” list for its fourth year. This award ranks companies’ excellence in employer-sponsored training and development programs.
The “Training Top 125” ranking is based on myriad benchmarking statistics such as total training budget, percentage of payroll, number of training hours per employee program, among others. The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and the results they achieve.
In the past year, LaSalle Network conducted more than 3,000 hours of training for employees across all levels. The company’s revamped training program consists of classroom instructor-led learning and hands-on job execution with daily coaching. It has been designed to develop the fundamentals of identifying, sourcing and recruiting both contract and direct hire talent across the various business lines.
