National Staffing, Recruiting, Culture Firm Publishes Year-End Report Highlighting Revenue Growth, 61 Percent Increase in Hires

CHICAGO – Helping more than 70,000 job seekers find employment and more than 10,000 companies find top talent in an ever-tightening labor market, LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, celebrates its twenty-first year with another year of annual, organic revenue growth.

“The economy is holding strong, and the conversations we’re having with our clients coupled with our output in 2019 support that sentiment,” said Tom Gimbel, founder and CEO of LaSalle Network. “The number of open reqs is at a record-high as we continue to partner with companies seeking to hire talent across the board. In 2019, LaSalle Network revamped its training program of which is a combination of classroom instructor-led learning and hands-on job execution with daily coaching. It has been designed to develop the fundamentals of identifying, sourcing and recruiting both contract and direct hire talent across the various business lines. In total, LaSalle Network conducted more than 3,000 training hours in 2019.
