Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Training Operations Associate IV to support the delivery of training programs through accurate data management and operational execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring training records are processed efficiently, systems are maintained accurately, and reporting supports business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Data Management & Processing
  • Manage end-to-end processing of training roster submissions
  • Retrieve and manage files through secure FTP systems
  • Validate data for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform bulk uploads and updates within Salesforce
  • Resolve data discrepancies with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of all training activities
Data Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of training data across systems
  • Perform data analysis, cleansing, and transformation using Excel and Salesforce
  • Monitor data flows and identify inconsistencies
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Provide insights into training volume, performance, and trends
  • Support forecasting and operational decision-making
Operational Coordination
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, instructors, and system owners
  • Ensure processes are followed consistently and documented clearly
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support system enhancements
  • Act as a central resource for training operations support
Qualifications Required:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including working with standard objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases)
  • Experience with bulk data uploads, record management, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, analysis)
  • Experience working with FTP/SFTP systems or similar file transfer tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume data in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training operations
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
  • Exposure to Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Salary range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
