Notary Public Responsibilities:
- Review and notarize documents, primarily affidavits
- Verify account details, balances, and customer information to ensure legal accuracy
- Organize, store, and distribute legal documents in compliance with company and security standards
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain smooth communication
Notary Public Requirements:
- Active Notary Public certification in Illinois
- At least 1 year of experience handling legal documents
- Strong document review skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Compensation: $20-23/hr
