Intake Specialist
Join a fast-paced, high-performance team supporting individuals seeking legal representation in personal injury matters. This role is ideal for a driven, empathetic professional who thrives in a sales-oriented environment and enjoys helping people while working toward performance goals.

Position Overview:
The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound inquiries and converting qualified leads into signed clients. This is a consultative, sales-focused role that combines empathy and relationship-building with strong closing skills. You will assess potential cases, guide clients through the intake process, overcome objections, and deliver an exceptional client experience in a high-volume call center setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients

  • Evaluate and qualify leads using established criteria

  • Present next steps clearly and confidently close qualified prospects over the phone

  • Follow up consistently to drive signed retainer agreements

  • Manage high-volume communication while meeting conversion and performance goals

  • Overcome objections and create urgency to move prospects forward


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or client-facing roles

  • Strong closing ability and comfort working toward metrics and goals

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills

  • High-volume inbound sales experience preferred

  • Legal intake or law firm experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Spanish fluency highly preferred


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $19–$20/hour based on experience

  • Additional shift differential for evening schedules

  • Bonus and commission incentive opportunities

Schedule:

  • Full-time, onsite position

  • Monday–Friday schedules available

  • Day and evening shift opportunities

  • All hires complete training on day shift before transitioning to permanent schedules
