Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
- Review aging reports to retrieve payment on past due and current accounts from businesses/customers
- Monitor receivable balances and review billing data for discrepancies
- Handle large portfolio of business-to-business collections over $5 million
- Work with other departments to resolve any discrepancies and provide solutions
- Prepare statements for outstanding receivables
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirement:
- 2+ years of AR/accounting experience
- Portfolio of $1 million business-to-business collection
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
