Our client in the Chicagoland area is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. This established company has a great reputation and is known for their ‘like family’ atmosphere. Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Review, approve and process invoices??
- Post journal entries to general ledger and perform account reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable and General Ledger support
- Reconcile vendor statements, and research discrepancies
- Assist with month end close
- Report monthly sales and use taxes
Staff Accountant Requirements:
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Strong technical abilities within Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
