Title: Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing, Capital Projects)
Compensation: $140K – $150K

Work Model: Remote with 25–50% plant travel

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact capital projects across multiple manufacturing facilities. This Senior Project Manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in plant environments, enjoys solving operational challenges firsthand and can confidently manage projects from concept through execution.

This Senior Project Manager will partner closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams to drive facility upgrades, process improvements and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong manufacturing background, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects while building strong relationships across plant teams.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead capital projects from planning through implementation and closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets and execution activities across multiple facilities
  • Oversee approximately six active projects at a time
  • Support roughly $3M in annual capital spending initiatives
  • Partner directly with operations, maintenance and process engineering teams
  • Ensure projects meet safety and environmental compliance standards
  • Coordinate contractors, construction activities and plant resources
  • Travel to manufacturing facilities to oversee implementation and project execution
  • Provide project updates, reporting and stakeholder communication

What’s Needed?
  • 5+ years of capital project management experience within manufacturing environments
  • 10–15 years of overall engineering experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong plant-floor experience working alongside operations and maintenance teams
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering highly preferred 
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Experience within chemical manufacturing, refining, distilleries or food and beverage environments preferred
  • Ability to travel 25–50% as project demands require
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
